Pipeline-Ready 3D & Shareable Decks

This week FLORA's 3D nodes grew up into a real production tool — export straight to Blender, Unity, Unreal, and USDZ, with proper environment lighting on the viewer. Decks graduated too: share one as a public link, present it fullscreen, or have an agent build it for you. On top of that: a new Notes node, prompt dictation, Remix from Explore, and a developer API playground at /api.

New

  1. 3D export to your production tools

Download a quick GLB, or open the new Export dialog to pick format and texture size, with one-click Blender, Unity, and Unreal FBX presets.

    MoreLess

Send models into your existing pipeline with the right up/forward axes and scale, plus USDZ, glTF, GLB, and clip export — no more re-fixing orientation on the other side.

  2. Environment lighting for 3D

A studio fallback, CC0 HDRI presets, custom HDR/EXR import, and exposure controls, all remembered in your view.

    MoreLess

Light a model the way you want and get consistent captures and thumbnails every time.

  3. Share a deck as a public link

Deck nodes now get a public link anyone can open, page through with thumbnails, arrows, keys, and the wheel, with videos playing and 3D layers orbiting live.

    MoreLess

Present opens the same fullscreen playback. You can also build a deck end-to-end with an agent through the MCP.

  4. Notes node

A long-form, scrollable text block for documenting a project right on the canvas, resizable on both axes.

    MoreLess

Readable and writable by agents through the public API and MCP, so your notes travel with the work.

  5. Remix from Explore

Signed-in viewers get an inline Remix composer under any post; type a prompt and land in Create with it already sent and the post's image attached as a reference.

    MoreLess

Explore now also shows the reference inputs behind a published output.

  6. Prompt dictation

A mic button on prompt inputs turns speech into text using your browser (Chrome, Edge, and Safari).

    MoreLess

Talk out an idea instead of typing it, hands-free.

  7. Finished-generation emails

Start a canvas or FAUNA generation, leave the tab, and we'll email you a link back to the project once it completes (batched per project).

    MoreLess

Kick off a long render and step away without babysitting it.

  8. Developer API playground at /api

An in-app catalog of every public-API model with a per-model page to run it in a playground, read its docs and schema, and see your run history.

    MoreLess

Try a model and grab working API calls without leaving FLORA.

  9. One API key across workspaces

A single key can now cover many workspaces with per-workspace read, write, and billing permissions.

    MoreLess

Least-privilege access for scripts and integrations that span more than one workspace.

  10. Writer brand-voice connector

Workspace admins can add a Writer key in Settings → Integrations, then Check or Rewrite any text node against their brand voice.

    MoreLess

Keep on-brand copy right inside the canvas.

  11. LoRA training and generation over API & MCP

Train a reusable LoRA Style and apply it through the API and MCP using the same pipeline as the web app.

    MoreLess

Build and reuse custom styles programmatically, with results that match the product.

  12. Recent projects on Home

Signed-in Home now shows your four most recently edited projects above the community feed, with a link to view all.

Improved

  1. 3D nodes work with techniques and show in Library

3D nodes can now be technique inputs and outputs on the canvas, and 3D previews appear in your Library history.

  2. Fashion Studio opens directly

Entering Fashion Studio now resumes your last studio project (or starts a fresh one) instead of dropping you on a tools grid.

  3. Cleaner Add Node menu

Editors and canvas tools are grouped in a 4-up grid, Slide Deck is now "Slides," and search copy is clearer.

  4. Seedance 2.5 editing mode

Choose reference, editing, or extension for a Seedance 2.5 run instead of always getting reference mode.

  5. Clearer generation errors

Media-constraint rejections, Kling subject requirements, and rejected-source-video messages now show the actual reason, and credit-shortfall notices link to "About FLORA credits" instead of a generic upgrade prompt.

  6. Deck editor polish

A quality-of-life pass with design fixes, instant page cuts, and a hover preview card on the Slides add-node button.

Fixed

  • Sign-in no longer shows a black screen or bounces when auth is slow — you get a proper fallback instead.
  • Enhance Prompt works again after a production regression.
  • Fixed a canvas error that could appear when selecting nodes that had a saved seed.
  • Downloaded tiles are now named by their real format, so your OS can preview them.
  • Reference imports in Create surface real failures instead of quietly reporting success.
  • Mobile: Connect Apps cards stay on-screen, chat inputs no longer trigger iOS zoom, and a duplicate chat title is gone.
  • Generated output keeps its aspect ratio when you change the size on an idle node.
  • PDFs are validated before mounting, so an oversized file no longer leaves an empty node.
  • 3D: fixed a broken thumbnail in the app-mode nav, made fullscreen lighting and menus scroll, and preserved material maps on copy/paste.
  • Decks: the filmstrip no longer clips slide thumbnails, and the empty deck node stays put after you add it.

FLORA Weekly

Director can now hit an end frame, follow a soundtrack, and stream in 1080p. Your trained styles get a real home in the Library — with folders, covers, and workspace sharing — and the dashboard is rebuilt around tools, with universal search and project folders. Plus one-tap edits on Generate, projects on your phone, and a big batch of canvas and collaboration upgrades.

New

  1. Director 1.1

Open a session on a first frame and steer it toward an end frame, play to an audio clip, and add new keyframes or clips on any direction mid-stream.

    MoreLess

Streams natively at 1080p (at 2× the credit rate), and sessions can now run up to 15 minutes. Recorded clips save as a flat MP4, so they open cleanly in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, and QuickTime.

  2. A tool-first dashboard

The sidebar is regrouped around creating, your content, and Tools — where Fashion Studio, Bulk Generate, Pose, Realtime, and Editor Mode now live.

    MoreLess

A universal search palette finds anything (project results show thumbnails and open in a new tab), and a unified Library page brings your assets together. Projects get their folders back, plus drag-and-drop, multi-select, right-click menus, and pinning. New project, New Technique, and Request a Technique are always one click away; the sidebar footer shows which workspace you're in, with pinned workspaces first in the switcher; and a new MCP entry links to setup guides for Claude, Cursor, and Codex.

  3. Remove background, Mark up, and Video on Generate

Three new one-tap actions on any image result.

    MoreLess

Remove background gives you a clean cutout, Mark up lets you draw a region or pick a detected object and describe the change, and Video adds the image as a reference and switches the composer to MiniMax H3 Max Turbo — now Generate's default video model. After your first result, a light nudge points out the tools you haven't tried yet.

  4. Node tags, a project inbox, and pinned comments

A project-scoped notification bell lives on the canvas, and you can #-tag any node in a comment — clicking the tag selects and centers it.

    MoreLess

Comment threads placed on a node now move with the node; drag one off to detach it.

  5. Color tags and downloads in Review Mode

Color-tag generations as you review, filter the set by color, and download the filtered group as a zip without leaving Review Mode.

    MoreLess

Review generations now brings in every history variant on a node, not only the one it's currently showing.

  6. Bria Ad Delayer

Hand it a finished, flat ad and get it back as editable layers — background, product cutout, and copy — each landing as its own image on the canvas.

    MoreLess

In the image-to-image picker at a flat $0.37 per request.

  7. Shift-drag to reroute wires in bulk

Shift-drag from an output to move every connection leaving it to another output in one motion, or Shift-drag an input to move a node's whole incoming bundle.

    MoreLess

Snaps to compatible handles or the node body.

  8. Drop to replace

Press Replace on a node, then drag a same-kind node, a sidebar or history asset, or a file from your desktop straight onto it. No more download-and-reupload.

  9. Animation playback on 3D nodes

Models that carry animation clips get Play/Pause, a clip picker, and Loop, right beside Photo, Video, and Sheet.

Improved

  1. MiniMax H3 Max Turbo at 1080P

Now offered alongside 480P and 768P for text-to-video and image-to-video.

    MoreLess

H3 Max's aspect-ratio Auto option and prompt-expansion tiers (Disabled / Balanced / Quality) are labeled to match.

  2. Mention techniques with # in Fauna chat

Type # to pick one of your techniques or a community technique and drop it into the conversation as a chip.

  3. Create shows its thinking

Watch the model's latest thought as it works and expand the full trace, with less play-by-play between tool calls.

    MoreLess

The + menu can attach a reference straight from your library, and Create now reconnects on its own if the stream drops.

  4. Smarter canvas placement

Nodes that Fauna or Create add to a canvas no longer land on top of your existing work.

  5. Keyboard navigation in add-node search

Up and Down to move through results, Enter to add — just like the model dropdown.

  6. Home feed scrolls infinitely

No more Load more on Home and profile Images.

    MoreLess

Verified creators are no longer capped at three posts per page.

  7. Fashion Studio, refocused

Seven tools retired (Multi-Angle Shoot, 360 Model Video, Concept, Fabric Swap, Garment Swap, Model Maker, Photo Shoot) and the onboarding tour rebuilt around the eight that stay.

    MoreLess

Projects that used a retired tool keep its tile, marked deprecated.

  8. API and MCP on the Free plan

API keys and MCP access are now available to Free workspaces, with an install guide on an empty canvas.

  9. Anyone can add Slack

Any workspace member can connect Slack from Settings — admin permission is no longer required.

  10. Batch Generate

A Watch how it works link in the page header, and after importing four or more compatible assets you'll be offered a batch run.

  11. Fewer New badges

The model picker's New badge now lasts 14 days instead of 30, and stale badges are gone from the Integrations tab and Export node.

API & MCP

  1. Batch generation from MCP

Start a batch of generations in one call with flora_create_generations, and read the whole batch back with flora_list_generations by run ID.

    MoreLess

Hosts that support MCP Apps render it as a live board.

  2. Share a project by link from the API

Three REST endpoints (and client.projects.sharing in the SDK) with the same permissions and link semantics as the canvas Share tab, plus matching MCP tools: flora_share_project, flora_get_project_sharing, and flora_update_project_sharing.

  3. 3D generation over MCP

Model3d runs end-to-end with text metadata, preview images, and a GLB download link.

  4. Sourced generations and member lists

POST /generate accepts reference_node_ids so API generations stay wired to their sources, and GET /workspaces/{id}/members lists workspace members.

Fixes

  • Custom voice uploads now tell you what went wrong (unsupported file type or over 10 MB) instead of showing an empty review screen.
  • Hitting an admin-set per-member usage limit fails immediately with a clear message instead of appearing to hang.
  • A tab left open across a deploy now offers a one-click refresh instead of “This node failed to render.”
  • Free workspaces on Generate see the upgrade prompt before a video submit, rather than a failed run.
  • Viewers opening a link-shared project no longer get the “choose a workspace” modal.
  • Org admins with an analytics assignment can open Settings → Analytics even with subworkspaces off.
  • Leaving inpaint or outpaint restores the node's previous model, and switching models keeps upstream inputs in order.
  • Image nodes no longer crash when browser storage is full, and expired workspace invitations are hidden from the switcher.
  • Referrals survive cross-device checkout, and picking an empty-state example on Generate keeps the deep-linked model.
  • Review Mode grid rows no longer overlap, and Generate result trays stay usable on small images.
  • Mobile: previous Fauna threads load on project pages, chat pickers open above the composer, and the skills panel stays on screen.
  • The comments discovery nudge's Got it button is clickable again, SVG outputs render in technique app mode, and technique pages load reliably.

FLORA Weekly

Your signed-in Home is now the Explore community feed — the best work on FLORA, front and center the moment you land. On top of that - we added one-click video extension, three new models, and a set of canvas refinements to keep you moving.

New

  1. Explore is your Home

The Explore community feed now greets you the instant you sign in, replacing the old technique gallery.

    MoreLess

Discover, get inspired, and remix the best work on FLORA without a detour to a separate page.

  2. Extend video

Continue any clip in a single click.

    MoreLess

Every video node now has an Extend action that spins up a downstream generation picking up right where your video left off — no manual wiring, just click and run.

  3. Static text nodes

Mark any text node as input-only so it feeds downstream work without ever regenerating.

    MoreLess

Perfect for prompts, labels, and reference copy you've carefully written and don't want a run-all to overwrite.

  4. SAM 3 segmentation

Meta's SAM 3 is now available on the canvas and the API.

    MoreLess

Give it an image and a short text label and get back a clean transparent cutout or a black-and-white mask — great for isolating subjects and building composites.

  5. Recraft V4 Styles, Gemini Flash 3.8, and Topaz Hyperion

New models, now live on FLORA

  6. Reference-to-video on MiniMax H3 Max

Steer a clip with up to 12 mixed references: images, video, and audio.

    MoreLess

Address each one right from your prompt (“Image 1”, “Video 1”, “Audio 1”) for far more control over how your generated video looks and moves.

New Tools

  • A new set of Imagine tools for real-time creativity: Pose to create poses that can be fed in as references for real-time image generation, Director to direct real-time scenes that render instantly, and Realtime to use your webcam to create scenes.
  1. Generate

is FLORA's simple surface to use every image and video model on the platform.

    MoreLess

Find models to use, feed in references, and generate, upscale, and repurpose all in one simple feed. Available on desktop and mobile.

  2. Create

    is FLORA's new agent.

    MoreLess

Use skills (or create a custom skill) for your creative workflows.

Improved

  1. Open in Layer / Timeline Editor from the right-click menu

Right-click an image node for Open in Layer Editor, or a video node for Open in Timeline Editor, and the editor spawns downstream and focuses. No more digging through the Tools menu.

  2. Studios in the sidebar

The sidebar now has a single Studios entry that opens the full studios grid, and studio cards open the studio directly. One consistent way in.

  3. Smarter batch defaults

Batch table generation now defaults to Nano Banana Pro for stronger out-of-the-box results.

Fixes

  • Canvas image nodes no longer crash on unusual aspect-ratio values — your canvas stays stable no matter how a node's size is set.
  • Group runs no longer regenerate nodes that already have results, so re-running a group leaves finished work untouched.
  • gpt-image-2 edits now honor 2K and 4K output resolutions for full-quality results.
  • Shared project links now reliably clone the live project from the sidebar.
